Boom, I made it to my goal of 1000 team members as you can see below:
It took a total of 23 days to achieve this goal and of course many of my readers will want to know how I did it.
My plan was simple, yet powerful. I started off by writing a few generalised blog posts that focused on explaining what the site had on offer. I began by looking at the earning levels and how my readers could reach $500 a month from simple tasks online by using this site:

I shared this blog post with my email subscribers first.
Notice in this first post that I provided a simple strategy that anyone could follow to earn by using it. I also gave myself a target to get my first 10 referrals.
In my second blog post I decided to focus on the idea of “Easy Money” and why using a site like the one I was promoting was much better than many other options:

This was a very powerful post that hit home with many of my readers.
I decided to keep with the “simple” theme and for the following blog post I started to focus on what my referrals needed to do to start making money:

Do you see how I moved from a general sharing of site information, to providing more “now you need to do this” type guidance?
In this post I also started to share the proof that I was seeing results and so were my referrals. This is another very powerful message.

This post was about explaining the process I was following myself. The provision of information and guidance in my blog posts is what helped me to get results. Here I was encouraging my team to follow my lead and do the same thing I was doing.
The next blog post I added was about celebrating the success that our team was having already:

This is about providing proof what we are doing is working, and it is about encouraging others to get involved. It shows people that following the guidance is working. It also directs people back to the guidance posts as provided.
Next on my to do list was to help guide readers on how they could earn the funds required to pay for the upgrade on site:

This post focused on how I was able to earn $100, showing the proof that is required to encourage others. Then I moved to providing more step by step guidance in a cluster of posts:

After that I focused again on what the site can provide for marketers in my post:

These last 2 posts were aimed at more advanced marketers, but also provide a general “you can work on this now” type vibe. It was about showing my readers how to start working on the more advanced team building methods. I focus a lot more on the traffic side of things here, explaining how to use specific traffic sites.
As you can see from the number of blog posts I wrote, gaining 1000 team members in 23 days was about following a PROCESS.
So many people think it is just about sharing a site or lead capture page over and over again on traffic sites…….. but it is not. It is about showing people why they should join, how to use the site, how to promote the site, and providing the proof it is working.
It is impossible to provide all of that information when you share a referral link with others on a traffic site. Yes that can help you to get people to register, but it is far more effective to provide the guidance as laid out in this post.
One of the reasons I am adding all of the links to this post is to make it very easy for my team members to share the same guidance with their own referrals. Doing this will encourage a replication process.
For you to build a team that grows quickly and never stops growing it is the provision of information that will make the difference. The BEST way to provide that information in my opinion is by writing blog posts…… If you want to work on building a team then this is the most effective way to do it.
