It has been a great week I think, and I have really enjoyed sharing my results with you. It has also helped me to get back into the routine of not just sending out emails on mailer sites, but looking at the results in detail. I used to do that a lot…. I will be sharing some more of my thoughts and learning regarding the results in another post.
In the past 7 days I was aiming to reach 200 referrals on Unlimited Mail Profits and I made it to 199. Not bad at all!
That means I got a total of 19 new referrals in the past 7 days.
How Did I Do It?
Each day I wrote a blog post explaining the steps that I took. I started off by creating a daily mailer routine which you can read here: Daily Mailer Routine. I followed this routine for 7 days and this is what happened:

Of course I would still like to add more referrals so I will be doing some more promoting…. BUT the majority of my new referrals have not upgraded yet, so this is the next thing I would like to work on.
There are several different options available:
As you do get the email addresses of referrals on Unlimited Mail Profits the first step I will take is to drop them a quick email. Often this is enough to remind someone that they joined the site and they will log in and check out what is required. In this case the upgrade option is just $5. Some people may require some assistance with the upgrade process so I will be able to provide that.
Another option I have as I used a lead capture form in my promoting is to send out a bulk email to my list. This is something I do as a matter of course anyway, and I will be sending some emails to my list over the next few days. In these emails I will focus on explaining more about what Unlimited Mail Profits can do. I will also be sharing my 7 day mailer routine as this will help me to show others how to get referrals for themselves. If you are on my email list already you will of course see the emails I send out for this.
A third option is to use the mailers used to gain the referrals to send additional information. This can work really well because your referrals were obviously interested enough to register so they might just need a bit of extra guidance or information for them to upgrade. For this option what I tend to do is to use a NEW advert. As they saw the first ad chances are quite good they will see the next one too. For this ad I would change tact and focus on the earnings side of the equation. For example I can send out emails on the mailers used already that allows me to share the blog post I wrote:
