Have you ever noticed how some people (like me) can get referrals at the drop of a hat, while others (maybe like you?) just can’t get any?
When is the last time you got 54 ACTIVE referrals in a couple of weeks? Or reached 1000 team members in 23 days? I have done both of those things in the past month. Proof of that is posted on previous blog posts….
How Did I Do It?
Partly it is because of my experience and the time I have spent learning about working online. Another part is that I take the time to teach others what I know.
There is a very clear correlation between LEARNING and team building.
I used to struggle with it as well……until I LEARNED more about the whole process.
Fact is, you can’t teach others how to do something you don’t know how to do well yourself. That is why you can’t get referrals.
This is the core problem about working online – The majority of methods require referrals to make money. To get referrals you need to show that you are making money and be able to teach others to do it too.
This is why you are stuck. It is a vicious cycle….. It is NOT you!
How To Get Unstuck AND Get Plenty of Referrals
To get unstuck you need to spend time learning how to make money FIRST. To do this effectively you CANNOT depend on earning methods that require you to get referrals to make money. That is the vicious cycle.
What you need to do is work on a method that will make you money via your own actions FIRST. Give yourself a target to earn and keep working until you reach it. Then, and only then can you teach others how to do the same thing.
That is why my methods start by using free sites to earn a small amount. It is about proving to others that YOU are making money and you know how to teach them how.
You DO NOT need to earn a lot to provide this proof. In fact smaller amounts are much more believable.
There are thousands of people who are not earning anything at all, and most are spending more than they make. Earning just $10 is a breakthrough for them!
How To Start Making Money Online Without Referrals
To start using this method you need work on earning just $1. THEN you need to write down what you did so you can share that information with others.
I suggest you start with using CoinPayU to earn that $1 because you can withdraw those funds when you reach it. Showing your withdrawals is very important in the team building process.
Next you need to keep working until you reach another target – $5 this time. THEN you need to share information on how you did that as well. You might like to add a second free site to your routine to reach the $5 faster. I have explained this in my post Earning Your First $100 Part 2
You have to continue in this process of learning, achieving and sharing information to get others to follow in your footsteps. That is how you will resolve the issue of not being able to get referrals.
YOU need to start at step 1 so you can teach others to do that too.
EARN first, explain how, AND provide the proof of your withdrawals. Share that information with others on traffic sites. This will soon help you get people interested in what you are doing.
KEEP making progress, KEEP sharing that information and you will KEEP getting referrals. This is because most people are not making any progress at all and they eagerly follow others who are.
Earning Your First $100

When you achieve that you will be much more informed than all of those people who can’t figure out how to do it. Follow the steps to earn your first $100 and you will be able to share them with others.
YOU need to go through the steps yourself so you can learn first, then share the knowledge you gain with each step. If you don’t do it yourself, you can’t teach others = no referrals and you will stay stuck!
Follow the process I have laid down in this post and you will soon start getting referrals to follow you…..
