After being offline for a few months due to ill health, I am not ashamed to admit I was nervous about returning. Was it the right thing to do?
I get such pleasure out of teaching others how to succeed online, it feels like a true purpose that just pulls me back from any worries I had.
The fact that I have just built a team of over 300 people in 7 days is also all the proof I need that what I am doing works. Below is the screenshot from my Bzillion Club account:
I truly love the fact that my referrals are going to town with recruiting already. My focus on TEACHING others how to get team members is really paying off for everyone. The pressure is off me to do all the work myself, and the team is functioning as an actual team.
This is how it should be……
THAT is the power of writing a blog in a nutshell.
A blog provides the platform to attract people who want to learn, who are willing and in fact are KEEN to read what you write AND to follow instructions you provide as well.
I could not have achieved a 325 member team in 7 days without this blog. That is FACT.

Remember that a blog is just about telling YOUR story. It is about sharing information on what you are doing and how. It does not need to be complicated or perfect for it to work for you. It just needs to be honest.
If you think you can’t write a blog then you are wrong. It becomes second nature when you just tell your own story. It also makes team building and getting referrals a MUCH simpler and effective process.
Over the next few weeks and months I will be sharing as much guidance as I can provide to help EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN to benefit from blogging. My plan is to teach as much as I can about using a blog for team building.
It is fun, it is interesting and it works.
